Finding Out About Our Products and Prices

1. Send in the online form or call to talk through any items where you require more information.

2. We will then email you a brochure detailing all our seven different Canopies, Carports, Glass Rooms, Pergolas and Verandas then call you back to discuss what would be suitable for you and your property.

3. We will require some images of where you want to position the product. Once we have looked at the images, we may require further measurements or information.

4. Once you have decided on the product, width, projection, colour and any associated options we will prepare your quotation.

5. Apart from the quotation you will also be sent by email the Instruction Guide, Instruction Video, Data Sheet and Pitch Chart for your product.

Ordering Your Dream Canopy, Carport, Pergola or Veranda

1 We will ask for further measurements and details.

1.1. Height at rear. (you may want a bigger pitch, or you may want a shallow pitch)

1.2 Height at front. (we recommend 2.1m but that may be too low, you may want 2.4m)

1.3 Post positions. (you may want the posts on the ends or not, you may want to miss an object or line of sight)

1.4 Post size and design. You may want a square post or an ornate post. Post sizes are 70mm * 70mm or 70mm * 75mm or 80mm * 80mm or 100mm * 70mm or 150mm * 150mm)

1.5 External or Internal down pipes. (you may want water going into a water butt then it would have to be external)

2. Once we have all the information regarding your job, we will then prepare your detailed invoice for payment.

3. Once payment has been made, we will then prepare and send you a CAD drawing which details every component for manufacture.

4. If after checking the CAD drawing something is not right or you feel you have to change some detail, then email back your changes to info@allweathercanopies.co.uk so our CAD department can issue another drawing for your approval.

5. Once you have approved the CAD drawing by email your order will then go to production and our delivery target date will commence. (i.e. 4 – 5 weeks depending on product)

6. You will receive an email confirmation of payment and approval.

7. Nearer the time of delivery, you will receive a delivery date. The day before delivery you will receive an approximate time of delivery and on the day of delivery you will be updated on time. We have multi drops coming either from our factories in Hinckley, Leicestershire or Rochester, Kent. So, it’s important to keep our customers updated.

At all times we will guide you through the process from start to completion.
